Student’s Responsibility towards Vidyalaya Family:

  • Students must be active towards making School a positive, supportive, safe and welcoming environment for all Students and all People associated with Vidyalaya.
  • He/She should help his classmates or other fellow students in need of studies or otherwise.
  • Use appropriate and polite language in Vidyalaya premises with friends and others.
  • Students are responsible for maintaining peace in the Vidyalaya Premises. Any type of violence will be dealt seriously, by suspension.

BOY STUDENTS aren’t permitted to

  • Wear caps and headgears in the Vidyalaya.
  • Have streaked hair, long hairs with side burns or any fancy hairstyles.
  • Wear bracelets/chains/friendship bands or any other such type of bands.
  • Grow their beard (Class XI and XII) except students from Sikh Community.

Entry & Leaving the Vidyalaya Premises:

  • Students are expected to reach Vidyalaya by 10:30 A.M. and remain in Vidyalaya till his/her scheduled periods. Those who are making use of their own transport arrangements should reach the premises on time.
  • Parents, who want to visit, have to take prior appointment from the Vidyalaya Office and they have to wait in front of Office in Scheduled time. If a parent has been called by the Vidyalaya, it is very important for them to report in front of office in due time. No Parent is allowed to go directly to meet the Teachers or his/her ward.
  • The parents will be informed well in advance via students in case of any delay in leaving the premises after School hours of Students, for carrying out any extra-curricular activities in School

Early Dismissal:

  • Need an authorized letter from the Parent/Guardian for a student to leave early. Children will not be allowed with anybody without an authorization from Parent/Guardian.
  • When Parent/Guardian arrives at Vidyalaya to pick up the Student, he/she must go to Office to sign out the Student. He/She will then be called to the office to leave.

Responsibilities in Classroom:

  • Students must maintain corridor discipline.
  • Students are not allowed to come out from the classroom without permission of the Teacher. Further there are not allowed to come out after each period and loiter in the corridor.

STUDENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO CARRY CELL PHONES/ I-PODS/ MP3 PLAYERS OR ANY OTHER ELECTRONIC DEVICE AND CASH MONEY TO SCHOOL AND THE SAME WILL BE CONFISCATED IF IT IS FOUND IN THE STUDENT’S POSSESSION.
