Rules & Regulations

1. Absence from school on irrelevant ground is not allowed.

2. For the development of the children, active participation of the guardians/parents and cordial relation with the school authority is highly solicited and accepted.

3. Continous suggestion and feedback through school diary is solicited.

4. The students have to maintain 75% attendance thorughout the year.

5. The guardians have to write the reason in the school diary if their ward is absent for more than one day.

6. The guardians are free to contact the Head Mistress with any suggestion.

7. No student can leave the campus before the school timing.

8. Students must be present at least 15 minutes before commencement of morning prayer.

9. Students are not allowed to carry Mobile Phones in the school campus.

10. The Head Mistress will entertain the parents/guardian thrice a week between 9am to 12pm.

11. All guardians are requested to participate in the guardians meeting called at the end of every month, and especially on the days of summative result distribution.

12. The routine for the first, second and third summative will be given to the students in due time.

13. Students from Class V to VIII will be evaluated on the basis of Formative and Summative evaluation.

14. The evalutation schedule for Classes IX and X is as below:

1st Summative Evaluation - 40, Internal Formative Evaluation - 10 Marks

2nd Summative Evaluation - 40, Internal Formative Evaluation - 10 Marks

3rd Summative Evaluation - 90, Internal Formative Evaluation - 10 Marks
