Rules & Regulations

 

1. Student should sit quiet in the class room. The student should create congenial atmosphere for study and learning in the classroom.

2.Our school prayer starts at 10.50 AM. Students must attend the prayer. During the prayer there will be no movements or talk or any whispering. After the prayer is over students will move to their respective classes in a disciplined way. Student must come early in the school before 10:50 a.m. Without giving genuine reasons nobody will be allowed to enter into the school premises after 10:50 AM.

3. Students are not allowed to stand in front of the class and loitering in the corridoris strictly prohibited.

4.  For Boys: (From classes 5 to class 12) White - Coffee check shirt, Coffee trouser, white shocks, black shoes or white keds, black belts.  

For Girls:  (From classes 5 to class 12) White - Coffee check shirt, Coffee skirts, white socks, black ballerina shoes or white Keds. White - Coffee check Salwar-Kamij, Coffee coloured Orna, black ballerina.Coffee  sweater in winter season.

A clean and neat uniform must be worn at all times. students in dirty or untidy uniforms may not be allowed to attend classes. Students must bring their identity cards.

5.Students are to wear the prescribed school uniform and modification to the uniform is not  allowed.

6. Boys’ hair must be cut short and neat. Hair should not touch the collar. No fanciful haircut is   allowed.

7. Girls with hair touching the lower collar must tie it up neatly with a black elastic band. Loose hair must be neatly tied up with simple white ribbons. No fanciful haircut is allowed No ornament or jewellery is allowed. Only a pair of simple and small ear studs isallowed. Nails are to be kept clean and short at all times. Nail polish is not allowed. putting on of make-up is not permitted.

8.Students are to get ready for lessons with relevant textbooks, notes, etc. on their desks. There should be no sharing of learning materials.

9.Students must complete their home work regularly. Strong disciplinary steps will be taken when a student will talk during the class or does anything which causes any problem to class room teaching.All works given must be completed on time by the students themselves. Late work will not be accepted.

10.No student should leave the school premises during school hours without written permission from the Head Master/assistant head Master/Class -Teachers. Class V students will be allowed to leave at 3.30PM whereas rest of the students will be allowed at 4.30PM.

11.Students who are not feeling well and wish to go home they must be signed leave register  in present of Teacher.

12.Students are not allowed to attend when ailing or suffering from an infectious disease.

13.School  Tiffin time starts after 4th Period(Monday - Friday) respectively. Students are not allowed to go out from the class when the Tiffin period is over. Students are requested to sit in their respective class and sit after the Tiffin period quietly.

14.It will be the duty and responsibility of the students to keep the school clean. No student will be allowed to throw any paper, food packets or water bottles either within the class rooms or on the play ground.

15.No programme or party is to be arranged in the School without prior permission of the authorities.Writing on the benches and on the wall is strictly prohibited.

16.Strict action may be taken if School property, including benches, tables, chairs, electrical, computer accessories, laboratory chemicals &  instruments, library books, is willfully damaged or destroyed. In such cases, a heavy fine may also be imposed.  Students must treat school property with care. Vandalism is a serious offence. Students should practice proper toilet habits such as flushing the toilets after use.

17.Students shall not bring any playing equipment to the school without prior permission from physical education teacher. The student must deposit their personal sports equipment to the physical education teacher before attending class while attending any inter school sports competition.

18.Mobile phones are strictly prohibited inside the school complex.

19.Use of unfair means in any test / exam will result in the annulment of one’s entire term result. A student, who renders unfair assistance to another, will be equally liable for punishment.

20.A friendly attitude is to be maintained with the classmates. Strict disciplinary action,  like suspension, may be taken against any student  who fights with other students and causes injury to  them. Students injurious to the moral tone of the School may have to be withdrawn.

21.Students, absent from School, must produce a leave letter.A formal letter,accompained by a medical certificate is necessary in case of sickness for over three days.

22. Irregular and insufficient attendance may prevent promotion. Minimum attendance must be 75% of the number of School days.
