It is mandatory for every student to attend school within 10.30 a.m. and join for assembly prayer within 10.40 a.m.
Students are not allowed to go home during the school time schedule.
Leave is granted in the presence of guardian if it is urgent.
75% attendance is mandatory.
Absent letter duly signed by the guardian should be produced to the class teacher if a student is absent in the class.
Medical certificate should be produced if leave extends more than 7 days.
Without any medical ground if a student is absent more than 15 days school may take necessary steps.
Students should take part in Cultural Function, National Observation Day, Annual Sports Day and other events of the school and it is mandatory.
School excursion or one day educational tour is mandatory for the students.
It is mandatory for the guardians to attend guardian meeting 3 times in a year. If guardians are informed to assemble in the school premises for any social awareness issues, it is mandatory to attend the meeting.
Progress Report duly signed by the guardians should be submitted within given time frame.
Passport size photo with school uniform, Student’s bank account details, Birth Certificate, Caste Certificate should be submitted within the month of January.
Guardians can meet with HM on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 11.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. and with the class teachers before 15 minutes of the commencement of class.
Students should maintain the cleanliness of the toilets and also of the school compound.
Child Cabinet is instructed to monitor in their own field to make your school more clean, friendly and hygienic.
Hand washing is mandatory before taking Mid-Day Meal.
Students should not litter anything in the classroom or school compound. They should pour it in the specific bins.
Students should carry school diary every day.
Students are advised to come school with proper uniform.
Students should observe the rules and regulations of the houses.
All the exercise copy and text books are properly wrapped.
Students should participate all the national events of the school.
