Rules & Regulations
It is expected that every student in school behaves in a manner that befits the dignity and honour of the values cherished at the school. Discipline is maintained through understanding and a positive attitude. Students are expected to follow the school rules at all times when on the school grounds, representing the school, attending a school activity or when clearly associated with the school i.e. when wearing school uniform.
- Students must enter the school premises by 10:40 a.m.
- It is mandatory for all students to attend the morning prayer/ assembly [10:40 a.m. - 10:50 a.m.].
- It must be clearly understood that no student shall be permitted to go home before the scheduled time for departure. If a student needs to leave early the guardian must secure permission of the school authorities by noting down the request in the student diary.
- Pupils must be regular and punctual in their daily attendance in school.
- Students failing to secure 75% attendance in an academic session will not be allowed to sit for annual examination.
- Long Absenteeism must be noted in the student diary by the guardian with prior permission.
- Students must participate in all co-curricular activities.
- The students should pay due respect and talk politely with the teachers, the staff and any other student in the school.
- During school hours students should not loiter in the school premises. Going in and out of the classroom without permission is strictly prohibited.
- Students are not allowed to enter the premises riding on bicycles. They should keep their cycles in the cycle stand.
- A student must not cause damage to school property.
- Any attempt to tamper the progress report and loss of that book shall be severely dealt with.
- The school cannot be held responsible for loss or theft of the personal belonging of the students.
- Valuables or any electronics gadgets like Mobile Phone, Watches are not allowed. The wholehearted cooperation and supervision of parents in this regard is highly solicited.
- Parents should ensure that their ward brings books, notebooks, student diary as per the schedule every day.
- Any change of address or phone no., of the pupil, should be notified to the school immediately.
- The parents are expected to meet the teachers in connection with the ward’s studies and conduct.
- The guardians should attend the Parents-Teachers Meeting for the welfare of the students.
- Guardians are allowed to see the answer scripts of their wards during the results of 1st and 2nd Summative examinations. Results of the 3rd Summative exam are declared in the classroom.
- A transfer certificate will be issued only on the written request of the guardian. All dues have to be cleared. All school articles in possession of the student must be returned.
- Nobody can do any type of business in the school area and nobody can sell the drugs, tobacco, cigarettes and even the betel nuts. “Clean and Green School” is our theme.
