ADMISSION CRITERIA AS PER RTE ACT. BY THE GOVT.

FOR CLASS I - The age of 6 years above but less than 7 years

FOR CLASS II - The age of 7 years above but less than 8 years

FOR CLASS III- The age of 8 years above but less than 9 years 

FOR CLASS IV - The age of 9 years above but less than 10 years

These rules may be called the West Bengal Right of children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules, 2012
