Academic Calendar

Admission process

•              Admission will be started from 02 January each year.

Book Day        

•              02 January is the Book Day. New Books will be issued to all students on this day.

Evaluation schedule

•        1st Terminal  Summative Evaluation will be held during 1st week of April.
•        2nd Terminal Summative Evaluation will be held during 1st week of August.
•        3rd Terminal Summative Evaluation will be held during 2nd week of December.
•        Formative evaluation will be done through out the year  of each & every classes .

•        Final result declaration will be held during last week of December.
•        Transfer Certificate will be issued to outgoing students at the time of school leaving .

Holidays / Vacation

•              As per the list issued by ASHOKEGARH ADARSHA VIDYALAYA FOR BOYS (H.S.) and as per order of Department of Education , Government of West Bengal .
