Academic Calendar

School session: January to December.

For class V to class IX:

There are about three summative and formative evaluation.

First summative Evaluation: Tentative date 2nd week of April.

First formative Evaluation: Tentative date 4th week of April.

About 2nd week of April the answer sheet of first summative

and formative evaluation are shown to the students.

Second summative evaluation: Tentative date 1st week of August.

Second formative evaluation: Tentative date 3rd week of August.

About 2nd week of September the answer sheet of second summative

and formative evaluation are shown to the students.

After 2nd summative evaluation the mark sheets are distributed to the students

for guardian signature and are taken back within one week.

Third summative and formative evaluation: Tentative date 4th week of November.

About 3rd week of December the answer sheet of third summative

and formative evaluation are shown to the students.

On the 23rd/24th of December the mark sheets will be handed over to the students.

For class X there are three summative evaluation:

First summative Evaluation of class X: Tentative date 2nd week of April.

Second summative Evaluation of class X: Tentative date 1st week of August.

Third summative Evaluation of class X: Tentative date 4th week of November.

After all the evaluation the successful candidates will be allowed to appear in the

 Madhyamik Examination after mc meeting.
