ACADEMIC CALENDAR

# School Session

 * School session starts on 2 nd of January and end on December in every year.

* School has two timing sessions of every year

 1 ) Morning session ( April,May - 6.30 A.M - 12.00 P.M)

 2 ) Day Session ( Rest of the months - 10.30 A.M. - 4.P.M)

# Admission Process

* Admission process starts on 2 nd of January in every year.

# Book Distribution

* As 2 nd of January is book day so we distribute the books among the students on that day.

#Evaluation process

* To evaluate a student we maintain a continuous process over the year which named CCE ( Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation)

* CCE consist two type of evaluations

 1) Formative Evaluation

 2) Summative Evaluation

* In Formative Evaluation student's assessment is continued by every day from every perspective and every subjects as well.

* In Summative Evaluation there are 3 terminal evaluations through the year.

* 1st terminal evaluation held on 1 st week of April on that perticular session.

* 2nd terminal evaluation held on 1 st week of August.

* 3rd terminal evaluation held on 1 st week of December.

# Result declaration

* Final result declared on last week of December.

# Transfer Certificate

* Transfer certificate issued of every outgoing students after result declaration.

* Holidays/ Vacations

# Issued as per Paschim Bardhaman District Primary Council(govt.) in every year.
