School uniform of Mejia Girls' High School is  White shirt, Blue skirt, blue leggings, blue tie, white socks, white shoe for class v to viii and also white salwar kameez ,white dopatta,white socks,white shoe for class ix to x.Blue salwar and white kameez,blue dopatta for class xi  xii  .
