The Medium of Instruction of Ghola High School (HS) is Bengali.

Sanskrit is third language In Class VII and Class VIII other than regular subjects according to WBBSE rule.

The Secondary Section is running as per guideline of West Bengal Board of Secondary Education. Main Subjects are as per WBBSE rule. First Language is Bengali and Second language is English. Optional Subject or Additional Subject in Secondary Section is Physical Education.

The Higher Secondary Section is running as per guideline of West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education. First Language is Bengali and Second language is English. Elective subjects are Philosophy (PHIL), History (HIST), Geography (GEGR), Sanskrit (SNSK) and Education (EDCN). Students can take 3 (three) of them as elective subject and one of them as Optional Elective subject.
