Form is given in the 3rd  Week of December form School Office/ Admission Forms Can be downloaded from Website

Documents Needed:

1. Original School Leaving Certificate issued by competent authority*

2. Attested  Xerox copy of Birth Certificate*

3. Attested Xerox copy of Marksheet of Last Class*

4. Filled in form in prescribed format*

5.Attested Xerox copy of Aadhaar Card*

6. Attested Xerox copy of front page of Bank Pass Book 

7. Caste Certuficate (for SC/ST/OBC Students)*

8. Handicapped Certificate ( in case of Children with Special Needs)

 

Admission in Class XII (New)

1. Attested  Xerox copy of MP Marksheet*

2. Attested  Xerox copy of Birth Certificate*

3. Attested Xerox copy of Admit Card of MP*

4. Filled in form in prescribed format*

5.Attested Xerox copy of Aadhaar Card*
