One copy passport size photo, Original Birth Certificate, Aadhar Card ( if available), Bank Account Details ( if available), Parents Aadhar or Voter ID, Along with one set xerox copy of Transfer Certificate from Banglar Shiksha e-portal System (For class I to V ) must be submit . Thank you.
