For Class V to IX (New Admission)

FORM distribution starts from last week of December and admission procedure starts on 2nd January.

For Class XI (New Admission)

FORM distribution and admission procedure starts after publication of MP result of that year.

1. Original Transfer Certificate
2. Barth Certificate Xerox
3. Aadhaar Card Xerox
4. Bank Passbook xerox (if available)
5. Cast certificate Xerox (if available)
6. Passport size colour photo
7. Photocopy of last class result / certificate
