Please download the admission form from our website and fill up necessary information.Then submit the form to our school with the following documents ( Xerox copies )

1) Birth certificate.

2) Aadhaar card.

3) Blood group.

4) Two copies of passport size colour photo.

5) Cast certificate ( if any ). 

6) Bank a/c .
