History

1983, when a teacher, Kashem Ali Molla commenced schooling on the bank of a pond under the bower of trees in the village Mathura. Few days later an education enthusiast, Sri Shibranjan Sadhukha stepped forward to amicably donate 10 link land and also with the aid of government on 13th July in 1984 a brick hall room was finally built which came to be known as Mathura F.P School. Many noble hearted persons put their tireless effort to strengthen its reputation. Subsequently, Sri Madanmohan Ghosh joined the school as Headmaster and helped one more step towards progression of study, sports and culture. Simultaneously Kanaklata Sadhukha, Dibyendu Samanta as Assistant Teachers and Jahirul Islam joined as Para-Teacher. Later Dipankar Mandal, Tarun Kumar Mondal, and Sanjit Kumar Saha joined as Assistant Teachers and enhanced the base of study, sports, and culture of the school. Without having a playground the students have achieved glorious places in the sports competitions held in North 24 Parganas. Last of all Jiaul Haque, Nilufar Yeasmin, and Jahirul Islam joined as Assistant Teachers. The golden period of achievements in Mathura F.P School sustained from 2014 to 2019. Currently the school is run by six teachers in total.
