Instruction for Filling-up the Admission Form for Class XI for the Session 2020-2021

Students/guardians should be careful at the time of filling the specific format given in the website. Before submission, read the filled form carefully, edit if necessary & click the Submit button. After submission student/guardian will get a money challan/receipt (in pdf form) as well as pdf format of the submitted form. Deposit only the money challan (Only Guardian will be allowed) to the office of the institution (22/07/2020 & 25/07/07/2020 from 11-30 am to 2-30 pm to validate the submitted form.
 
 

 

 

No Need to deposit any Hard Copy of the form or any Testimonials.

 

Students/Guardians may fill up more than one form or may apply for different stream or for different combination in Science Stream, but after selection no one can change his Subject combination as specified in the selected form.

List of Selected Candidates (stream, subject and reservation wise) will be published on 28/07/2020 at 3 pm only in the portal (www.sodepurhighschool.in) of the institution due to pandemic Covid-19 situation.

During Admission only guardians have to carry the original Challan (Student’s Copy), Self attested Xerox copy of all testimonials and birth registration certificate SC/ST/OBC/PH certificates (if applicable) along with original copy of the same, one passport size(2.5cm X 3.5 cm) colour photograph, original transfer certificate (students passed MP 2020 from Sodepur High School need not submit transfer certificate) and required amount fees as follows
