ADMISSION Forms are issued on and from 15th Decemberevery year.The filled up forms are to be submitted within a week along with Xeroxed copies of Birth certificate, SC.ST,OBC, certificates, Aadhar Card,B.P.L.Card 

and 2 copies of recent passport size photos etc.
