Admissions

The Admission for Chandravag Srikrishna Primary School starts every year in the month of January and it runs through out the year. 

Eligibility :- As ordered by WEST BENGAL BOARD OF PRIMARY EDUCATION . 

Required Documents : - 

1) Filled up Admission Form 

2) Xerox copy of student's Birth Certificate 

3) Passport size photograph ( 2 copy) 

4)  Xerox of Adhar card

5) Transfer Certificate with student's Id ,Mark sheet of last year's examination ( If Any)

6) Cast certificate  ( If Any) 

Admission procedure : - 

1) Student or Gurdian needs to collect the admission form from the school's office. 

2) The form has to be filled up duly by the student or the gurdian . 

3) The school will be verifying all the details throughly , Gurdian's signature has to be needed in the school's register. 

4) After submitting all the documents , the admission will be completed.
