SUBIR KUMAR PAL, one of the famous student,(January,1972 to December,1975) who is now WBCS,dept.of Land and Land reforms,under Govt.of WB.  He is the resident of  Mathura village under Bagdah, North 24 Parganas. Mr. Pal also a famous travel guide(Diploma in  Tourism ManagemeT) and renowned writer of various books like-West Bengal Land Reforms Act,1953, West Bengal Land Reforms Manual,1991,History of Prince Khasrau, History of Nurjahan Begum and more than 20 books and traslated many other books.
