Fate may take a person far away from his native place. But he often feels an urge to revisit his roots. His family, his native village as well as his alma mater constitute his roots. He would like to contribute something for his beloved school in his own way. Such a noble thought surely inspired the ex-students of this institution to form an alumni association. It was established way back in the year . . . Each year on 26th January the reunion function of former pupils is arranged. It is not just a happy reunion of old, familiar faces but also a way of expressing their love and gratitude towards their school.
It is hard to cut off the bond between a school and the pass-outs. So the high turnout in the annual programme arranged by the Alumni Association is witnessed. Such cultural programmes keep the ex-students connected with their roots, i.e. their beloved school. The ideal os of the founding fathers of this institution still guides the present generation to serve the society tirelessly.
