Dream of the people of at least ten villages was materialized in 1957in the village of Kanchantala by Sri Kanailal Guchhait,Sri Shashibhushan Maji and Sri Surendranath Manna of Kanchantala and Sri Panchanan Ghorai of Kalkali who donated land with their generosity for our glorious institution. Sri Nalinikanta Chattopadhyaya,a great pious Zamindar who saved lives of people of those ten villages in the great Famine of Bengal in bengali year 1350,had also much contribution to this institution.In fact our vidyamandir was glorified with the names of that largehearted Zamindar and his Gurudev The locality is inhabited mostly by the SC,ST and minority people who take the institution as the light of emancipation from darkness.
