Documents to be Enclosed with Admission Form:-

The candidates need to send/submit the self attested copies of the following documents along with the admission form.

• Proof of age such as Birth Certificate, Transfer Certificate.
• Aadhar card
• Caste Certificate, if applicable
• Passport size photo
