It is my pleasure to write as the head of the institution which is among the few schools in the Darjeeling district established prior to the country’s independence. Established in the year 1888 the school has witnessed relentless services of so many untiring heads. The School thus stands today is of course the result of their incessant services. Trotting upon their footsteps I take this as an opportunity to guide the School to the best of my ability towards excellence.

The students who join in this institution as a mere child but leave it as a young adult capable of facing the real world. It’s our faculties who support them not only in the field of academics but strive to inculcate in them a person of strong and culturally polished.

It is our endeavor to provide them with a wide range of opportunities in the field of arts, athletics, extracurricular activities and the power of spirituality for reaching the real destination.

It is our sincere efforts to make coordination with the parents and welcome their constructive suggestions and active participation.
