From the Head Of Institution Desk

Being a senior teacher and one of the founder members, I took over the charge of Bloomfield High School after the retirement of headmaster Shri Taramani Rai in October 2018 by the School Managing Committee and the Staff Council. As i continue to fulfill my responsibility till date, I have come to realize that it is not an easy task. As an In-Charge it is necessary to have knowledge and competence in every aspect of education. It is indeed a challenge to provide education an to generate a thirst for knowledge among the students keeping in mind their various economic, social, psychological, physical and household needs.

In the administration of the school i have followed the footsteps of the previous headmaster with respect to some of his positive ideas and working style. It was a challenge to bring together the staff with various ideas, different educational qualifications, social differences and make them more responsible while bringing the best out of them. But, with the support and co-operation of each and every employee, even the toughest problem has its solution.

The present education system is multi-dimensional and its execution becomes difficult while following the various directions and suggestions from the government, regional administrational and various non-governmental organisations. While fulfilling the local social obligations, and educational administrative needs, there remains a constant fear that focus may be diverted from the school and its students.

That's why i believe that the school's and the students' educational standard, prestige and sanctity depends upon the competence and vision of the head of an organisation. In the end and salute all those who have elevated the educational standard of the school along with maintaining its prestige and sanctity.
