From the Head Of Institution Desk

01) DUTIES TO BE DONE FOR LITERACY

01) Infants are germinated between the ages of 8 and 9 years. This is the time to create a future for them. Our first goal will be to overcome their fear or panic attitude towards school. This requires reading through games with them, reading through animations or arranging digital classes. This will increase their interest in school in the same way that they will be able to overcome the panic easily.

02) We have to build friendly relations with children. Talk to them slowly and calmly and understand their feelings.

03) When teaching in the classroom, teachers need to pay special attention to the fact that the child is not used in any way that is intimidating, such as sticks or scales.

04) His birthday is especially important to every child. So if every child can be given a gift on the day of his birth, that day will become attractive to the child. As a result, respect, devotion and love for every teacher in the school will increase in the child.

05) There are some days in school that are especially important throughout the year. For example, the day of the establishment of the school, the day of birth and death of different scholars, the day of different festivals, there are also some more days. These days every student has to give some minimum gift in hand. Such as chocolates, cakes, biscuits, pens, notebooks, etc. As a result, the respect and devotion of every teacher in the school will increase in the child's mind.

06) Every child should be provided with government aided materials such as notebooks, dresses, shoes etc.

07) The development of the child's mind is achieved through play. So every school must create a play environment and evaluate it.

08) A sense of responsibility towards school should be instilled in every child. So that the love for school grows in every child.

09) Teachers should meet with each parent at least once a month. The child needs to have a thorough knowledge of the home environment and be aware of his mental and physical development.

10) Every child has a small amount of creative ability. Teachers need to be aware of the direction in which a child's creative ability is greater and at the same time create full opportunities and environment for the development of the child's creative ability.

***  Fully fulfilling the above aspects will increase the focus on education and schooling among the children and will lead to the overall development of the school as well.

 02) FACILITIES

01) Every child should have their health checked at least once a month.

02) Every child needs to be provided with the necessary sports equipment and teachers need to keep a close eye on whether it is being implemented properly.

03) It is very good to have a digital library for children, but if you can't afford it, you have to have a library with story books. This will increase the mental growth of children.

04) Each child in each field, including each subject, must be assessed at least once a week.

05) Skilled teachers need to be hired for drawing, handwriting, dance, song and recitation to enhance the creative and cultural skills of the children.

06) The first 10 candidates must be nominated and rewarded from the first round during the evaluation of the annual examination. This will create a healthy competitive environment among the children.

03) Overall development

01) The school should be surrounded by a beautiful wall of 4 feet. Where pictures, names, sayings and principles of different scholars will be written in a bright way.

02) Digital classrooms for children and at least three computers should be provided. Having a beautiful digital library is not a bad thing at all. This will make the school much more attractive to the children.

03) The toilet must be kept clean. A cleaning worker has to be appointed for him. Whose job is to keep the school toilet clean at least two days a week.

04) Everything in the school such as classrooms, benches, decks, playgrounds should be kept clean.

05) Care should be taken to ensure that local cattle do not enter the school as it can ruin various things in the school and injure the children.

06) The head of the local gram panchayat and the members of the local panchayat should be connected. If there is any problem, they should be informed immediately and the way out should be determined.
