One of the best school of Kandi Sub-division of Murshidabad District is Bahara Adarsha Vidyapith . Many of our students are now placed high position in many Govt. and Private Institutions . In 1954 our school was founed by the help of Sri G.B Tribedi , Raja Bimal Chandra Sinha and many others education lovers of this area .The school was elevated to the highest pick in a very short time . In those days our school was the only higher secondary school with Vocational stream (Agriculture) of Kandi Sub - division and competed with the students of Kandi Raj College . Many memories of those glorious days of school life are heard from our ex - students and Gurdians . In that time the Sharat Smriti Chhatrabas (School Hostel) was crowded by many outer school students . But in present time about all of our students come from local area and as a result the hostel become empty for longtimes . The Hostel is now in a dilapitated condition , The total enrollment of students of our school decreases day by day . Many cows , goats , sheeps and buffaloes enter into the school without resistance because of broken boundary wall of the school . Now - a- days school's infrastructure and development are totally dependent on Government's aids. For this reason the local persons and the teachers of the school are neutral in the process of school development . In spite of that the school authority tries to run the school by formal routine works as well as the routine classes of the school. Inthis situation I have joined the school in 17th July 2019 as the Headmaster in place of  Sri Utpal Kumar Das , retired HM . During past one year trying with slow but steady process I able to develop the school by small amount and able to much positive flow among our staffs and also able to grow hope among students and Gurdians that this school will be able to develop  into all students national values ethical , social and cultural values through observing various social and cultural programmes and activities . From the past times our school has a reputation in sports . Many district level , State level even national level trophies are arranged for display at school . Till now we are able to hold this reputation . I hope in near future Bahara Adarsha Vidyapith will be the centre of Sub-divisional sports map . Another milestone of our school is the state Championship in children Science fair . We are able to grow science conciousness among our students, I think direct involvement method is education based activities inspire our students for life-long learning . But because of Corona pandemic situation like other schools face to face classroom education is now closed in our school . But students development with age can't stop . Keeping pace with that development to carry on study I arrange online education system for the sake of our students. In spite of many difficulties many of our teachers and students use this platform from home . It is beyond of my hope . Using this  enthusiasm of students and teachers and believe of Gurdians my dream is to recover past golden glory of school and to establish our school as the best school of Kandi sub - division as well as Murshidabad District . In future days the school will work in colaboration with Students ,Teachers and Gurdians . In convenience of our students our school will work through rearranging educational elements . Without destroying childhood pleasure our school will try enough to reach all children to their aims . To be novice of this great work from the chair of Headmaster I invite all education lovers of this area . With the help of all we certainly will be able to achieve the mission of our school .
