The headmaster is mostly liable to his duties and responsibilities which incorporated not only with the academic atmosphere but also with the administration. As he is firstly "a teacher" then "a headmaster " so he attends the classes regularly and put his attention to the the pros and cons of the students. He is mostly hand and glove with the teachers and always eye to eye  with any decision taken by the council, may be connected with academic manager for stuff factors. His attempt to improve the students co curricular activities games and sports performance social services is praiseworthy. His active performances, ever smiling face and dilogemt mentality has a turned  the school not only a "place of learning" but also "paradise of learning"
