From the Head Of Institution Desk

Warm Welcome to the Mirzapur H.S.C High School (H.S.) Website!

We, the staff at Mirzapur H.S.C High school (H.S.), are Pleased to welcome you and your family. At our school we are committed to imparting a safe, caring and joyful environment for every student with a wide range of activities to learn and grow.

Our aim is to offer our students the best education while ensuring that they stay connected to their tradition and culture. Our teacher collaborate on instructional strategies and lesson plans based on WBBSE and WBCHSE curriculum for the benefit of the children. They recognize each student’s unique talents, skills and potential.

We are also committed to helping all our students to become productive and responsible members of the community by creating a learning environment that fosters the social, emotional, physical and intellectual growth of the students.

Each and every year the students add feathers of glory to the crown of dignity of the school by displaying mentionable performances in various aspects. Most of the students of the village hail from poor economic families and are first generation learners. But these hindrances don’t come in their way of scoring creditable marks in WBBSE and WBCHSE exams only because of diligence with one student becoming the topper in H.S.-2017 in the Beldanga block. Science section in H.S. level was recently introduced with new subjects like Physical Education, Arabic & computer Application . Sports is in the blood of our students as they show trophy- winning performances in inter-school sports competitions every year. They even represented state in Kabaddi. Initiative of a Gym meant for the student’s health concern was also materialized. Our students are not lagging behind in co-curricular activities. They bring in success participating in inter school quiz, debate contest, science exhibition and mock parliament. Besides, various Govt. schemes including Mid-day-meal are accomplished meticulously in due time.

But we are to confront certain problems coming in the way of overall betterment of the school. An underpass on NH-34 is our long-cherished demand as the students have to cross the road twice daily.

Extension of the play field, construction of a suitable cycle garage, sinking more tube wells are also in queue to find solutions. However, I hope finding out the remedies of these problems we can move forward towards farther progress with the blessings of God.
