                          Established in the year 1968, our school has finished a journey more than 50 years providing quality education to the students accross various sectors of the society. We are always trying hard to import education to the students from class V TO class XII.

                           Our aim is to offer students all round development in the field of academic, sports,cultural activities.Our school imparts lesson based on the curriculam of West Bengal Board of Secondary Education and West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education.

                           We always remember that more than ninety eight percent of our students are belonging to economically weaker section. Even, some students are firstgeneration learners. So, we have to nurish them very carefully. It is a challanging job to literate all the students in our locality. Any case of drop-out is a symbol of our failure. We have to adjust these students with the changing digital world along with globalisation.

                           We believe that  "Education is not the amount of information that is put into your brain and runs riot there undigested all your life. We must have life-building,man-making,character-making,assimilation of ideas".
