MESSEGE FROM HEAD TEACHER

Digha Sussex Trust  F.P. School was established by Mr. Woodburn of  Sussex in England in 16th April,1918. First time classrooms were mud house under a mango tree. On 30th June,2003 when I came to join, there were only two-three rooms with tin roof which were smashed in 2016 due to heavy cyclone. After that new pucca building was constructed under Sarbo Siskha Mission. Then electric meter was connected. C.R.C  centre was established under Kashimpur Panchayet  and a centre for physically handicapped children was also made. Our school also have a park and a stage for school program. Guardians, local people, local club, teachers and well-wishers always help us. Without their help it would be impossible to continue our task. I hope, in future they will also help us. I  wish successful and happy life  for our students.
