I welcome  everyone  on behalf of Sundarban High School. The school was established in 1974 by some local education enthusiasts in remote areas of the Sundarbans. At present 273 students from class  V to class X are studying in this school. The area is inhabited by Scheduled Castes , Scheduled Tribes and Minorities. Most of the students are from poor families and first generation learners. There are seven vacancies including HM post in this school. The school does not have any laboratory facilities. In spite of this our teachers are trying their best to provide highest quality education among the pupils in a pleasant environment. Our school is 100% successful in implementing all government programmes like Kanyashree, Shikshashree, Aikyashree  etc.  The quality of MDM is quite good. Our goal is to provide highest quality education,reducing drop out and stopping early marriages.
