Welcome to Netaji Siksha Mandir G.S.F.P. School, a milestone of academic excellence and co-curricular and extra-curricular performances which has enlarged and enriched at Palta, North 24 Parganas. The school came into existence with the vision of creating a safe and supportive environment for its students to provide a perfect balance of academics and social opportunities. Childhood learning should be a joy and we strive for that. Netaji Siksha Mandir G.S.F.P. School was established on 1st April, 1954. It's a Govt. Sponsored Free Primary School, affiliated to the West Bengal Board of Primary Education (WBBPE) under North 24 Parganas DPSC. We create a safe social, physical and educational environment that helps our students to learn and succeed in future life.

 

Our school has to privilege to have healthy and harmonious ambience and the credit goes to the blessings of our responsible members of Governing body, Ward Education Committee (WEC) and the diligence put in by learned teachers. The teachers are both flexible and supportive. They are backbone of the school. They are largely responsible for implementing changes. Without the hard work of our teachers and other staffs it is impossible to let the wheel roll. In the current Pandemic Situation the all teachers are continuing classes through phone calls and what's app. Educating both girls and boys with a spirit of morality, discipline and universal brotherhood helps them to spread peace and harmony in this age of crisis.

 

The school's genuine concern ensures student's emotional growth along with intellectual excellence. This empowers them to develop their self-esteem, self-awareness and self-confidence. Sharing new ideas, analyzing situations and expressing them confidently are essential skills which are honed here, through joyful learning.

 

Besides rigorous scholastic programs, we seek to develop and nurture the different facets of a child. From academic variety to sports, we focus on developing both the mental and the physical abilities of a student. The activities in the school provide holistic grooming to the student .Where the child is able to explore his true potential. From interactive child centered teaching methods to a healthy teacher student relationship, we work around making studies as joyful as possible.

 

We are continuing mid-day meal program under Sarva Siksha Avijan since 2012. Every year we organize "Annual Sports", "Sit and Draw Competition", "Pothon Mela", "Nirmal Vidyalaya Saptaho" and many other extra-curricular activities. We also celebrates "Rabindra Jayanti","Najrul Jayanti","Shahid Divas", "Dol Utsab","Raksha Bandhan","Independence Day", "Republic Day", "Children's Day", "Teacher's Day" through different cultural activities. We have library facility for students also. We organize Guardian meeting at a regular manner to stay connected with guardians and report them about the student's progress.

 

Moreover, discipline non- negotiable factor of a student's life. In our school they inculcate the values of time management and punctuality by ensuring attendance in regular classes.
