"Titagarh High School initiated with the motive of spreading education among the poor and under priviledged sections of the society. The people of the surrounding area, mostly in BPL, value this institution in helping their children becoming literate who are mostly first and second generations learners. When craze english medium schools and other schools are gaining ground with extra facilities, Titagarh High School despite many obstacles, is trying to take forward its mission of literacy among the girls and boys of the area.The students, many of whom have to earn their bread for the poverty of the family, make best efforts to achieve success to their ability. The guardians, specially mothers look upon the school as the source to develop the potential in their children. People of the surrounding including certain well wishers have always contributed in the development of the school which the school authority always acknowledges gratefully".
