As the Head of the Institution, I welcome you all  to our School which has been enlightening and educating girls for nearly 80 years. Established in 1941 for the spread of female education, this institution is carrying on its social and educational responsibilities with dedication and determination.

With teachers who are devoted to their tasks and with modern infrastructure and amenities, Nimta Jibantosh Ghosh Memorial Girls High School (HS), has taken the vow to spread education and awareness among the masses and pursues its goal relentlessly.

The school has a well-stocked library, three laboratories for Physics, Chemistry and Biology as well as an ICT Lab which is spacious and well-equipped.   Besides annual sports which is a spectacular event, the school organizes Saraswati puja, Rabindra Jayanti and Annual Prize Distribution Ceremony which are happy and proud moments.

It is our goal to help the society by providing an all-encompassing education to the girls to not only enable them to stand on their own feet but also to assist them in being good citizens of this country and good human beings.
