"Sucess is a journey , not a destionation . The doing is often more impotant than the outcome" (Arthur Asha). Today sitting is the prestigous chair of the HOI, Rishra High School , Hooghly , I feel both honoured and nostalgic to get a chance to day a few words about this age old institution and our unimpared relation wiyh it. When I joined this institution un July ,2016 after geeting a transfer from my previous school  in Arambagh ,Hooghly little did I know that the students my colleagues and last , but not the least , the people of Rishra would shower me with affection and co-operation so deep and heartfelt quickly , I realised ,that I have to do everthing that I , can for the well being of this institution . For that , I with the able help and necessary suggestions of my experienced colleagues , teaching and non-teaching ensured that the holistic development of the students could run smothly. Beside academics all the daily projects undertaken by the goverment run smothly , thanks to the co-operation inimate a few aspects , like the Mathematics Laboratory in 2016, thw ICT Lab in2017 and the Solar Panel in 2019 , to name a few I can recall moments of pride when after participating in science exhibitions and co-curricular events which me encourage.

 I, once again would like to express my gratitude tp everyone who contributed in these development of the institution , I would feel amply that the students for whom all these arrangements are being mode getting benefitedby the same.

In to day's world of uncertainty when nothing can be ensure ,I can only asure you of my contant devotior and endevoure for the cause of the institution

 Let me cinclide with another saying which I have tried to proctisc all my life.
