Joypur High School is an age old Institution in the heart of Joypur Block in the district of Bankura. It is located just beside the Ahallabai road. It was established in the year 1966 as High School and in as Higher Secondary school in 2000. Almost 1000 students attend the school. It has a big and specious school building having three Blocks, more than 25 rooms for classes with assembly hall, Laboratories, Library, Smart Class Room and Multi-gym. In addition to general education, Voccational Education is also imparted with good academic and professional output. Board and Council result of the school is exceptionally good. Besides' the school excels in the fields like Sports, Quiz, Tallent hunt, Science Exibition and even in Cultural Programme too.
