The institution, kankeswari High School, started journey since 1956 without  any     class room,any     compus but with two or three teachers and some students. Gradually it has possessed its present status 18 class rooms, staff room, H.M's room, library, laboratory,play ground and huge students - more or less one thousand , year by year. Today the school has a good boundary assuring saftety and security.It has 800 students in running session, 21 Teachers , 4 para Teachers, 1 contractual Teacher, 3 non Teaching staff .It has also a vocational wing running in morning session.Students take Mid-Day -Meal under a shed. Teachers performance is praiseworthy. Result not so brilliant but not ordinary at all.
