On 17th December 2005, I, Sri Prasanta Dutta joined Matabel Primary School as a asistant teacher. I was promoted to the head teacher of the school on 20th November 2007 vide the order of Bankura D.P.S.C. and till now working on the same post. At present, I have two asistant teachers Mr. Tapan Kumar Ghosh and Mrs. Sikha Lohar who are imparting education to the students heartily.

Presently in the fields of school education starting from T.L.M to all other facilities to the students are hopeful.

To fulfill the noble mission of the state govt. as a head teacher I  think outside the classroom situation TV, mobile, internet etc. are constantly dragging the students and diverting their concentration.

I think that the following steps can help to bring back the student's attention to their lessons and help us to achieve us our expected learning outcome.They are as follows-

1. Separate teacher should be appointed for the pre-parimary section.

2. Classroom for each class.

3. Individual teacher for every class.

Lastly Swami Dayananda Saraswati told two sides of the education,"Shiksha and VIdya".Shikha relates to character building while Vidya refers to acquire knowledge. Both are imperative in building the Uttam Purus i.e. Perfect Man.
