Our aim is to achieve academic, social and emotional development of the students. Flexible, positive leaning is recurred to make an environment for fulfillment of the goal.  Considering   Socio economic  structure and culture of the students focus on students ‘ aptitudes, likings desires, is most essential .The maximum students of this school are the first learners and coming from poor needy family. The parents of them are either unorganized laborers or small cultivators.  To make them realise the importance   of education, culture, demand, present education system and to take an effective step to fulfill these are  hard and sensitive matter.  As the student of this institution have inherent abilities in different field of activities, participation in   games and sports, cultural activities, vocational courses and others and scoring  of good result become a trend of this  school. Wining makes them confident, prompt, strong ,deliberate and ready  to  accept challenges.

We, the teachers try our best to make them live, energetic, curious and inquisitive to feel their need, expectation. Our earnest effort is to make them prompt, positive, sound, and courageous.

 The service of local people is with us. I express my gratitude to these persons who have been serving for this institution voluntarily for years ignoring all difficulties. I thank to all the well wishers, guardians who have tried to realise the motto and  aim of this institution and support us unhesitatingly . I admire my co- workers who have same visions, realise the aim of school, the nature of service, demand of present of education system and standard and mentality of the students to achieve the success.

I also praise the students of this institution who forgetting all obstacles, socio economic status of family accept the challenges and win success one after another and make us glorious. Finally I express my thanks to the members of the managing committee of the school who are with the support of every steps taken for betterment of school.
