Functioning as HOI of this school is a unique experience. Our school started functioning since 2008 initially at Baira Kurchi Primary School and from 2014 onwards in our current infrastructure.  The first batch of regular teachers, recommended by SSC, started teaching from 2010. There are immense scope of work in this school as the major portion of the students are the 'First Generation  Learners'. The challenge was to stop the 'Dropout Problem'. The different development schemes introduced by the Government as the welfare measures of the students such as CMDM Programme, KANYASHREE, AIKYASHREE, SHIKSHASHREE Prakalpa etc as well as the relentless vigil of the teachers and continuous interaction with guardians/community through Parent-Teacher's meeting has aided the success of our school.

We face a challenge in case of enrollment as already some eminent institutions with better infrastructure exist nearby. The potential students as well as their parents are usually eager to send their wards there. But we are relentlessly contacting with the nearby Primary Schools as well as with the PRI representatives and to a considerable extent we have succeeded.
