The H.M.post has been remaiming vacant from 1st January, 2018. I, Pamela Das, the present T.I.C. of this institution has taken charge from 1st January, 2020. I have been serving here as an assistant teacher since November, 2007.The chief concern of our previos H.M.was to improve roll strength of the school.With all the teachers cooperation, she tried her best to do so by visiting slums,compaigning the utility of different Govt. projects like Kanyashree to slum dwellers, counselling to prevent drop outs and above all by explaining the facilities of Govt. providing in Govt. aided/sponsored schools, such as free book, uniform etc. But inspite of all our combined effort, the roll strength is decreasing day by day.Presently it is 2 from V to VIII and 8 from IX to X.

I have taken the charge in this current year which we all know is a difficult time with the pandemic changing everthing very fast. Schools are closed for last three months.I am trying my level best with our 8 teachers and 2 non-teaching staff to carry on all the curricular and official work as per Govt. orders.I do believe sick schools like ours will thrive if student-teacher ratio is maintained in all schools.

MDM programme, distribution of activity task,uploading study materials in portal,telephonic assistance to the students to help them carry on studies are going on.
