Debjani Mukhopadhyay , the Head Mistress of Shyamsundar Balika Vidyalaya joined the school on 01/08/2014. She always participate actively in educational dimensions,management dimensions,administrative dimensions accountability dimensions of the school. She always motivate and lead our teaching staffs, evaluate their performance and set goals and expectations.

               She is not only the leader of the school administration and management but also a leader of the society as the school is a society in miniature and the entire societal picture is reflected in the school.

                 Debjani Mukhopadhyay believe that close relationship are born when both parties are willing, so the H.M needs to come across a little but less imposing. The H.M should have an open door policy and should encourage all students to come and visit, either just to introduce themselves or to come in and air their grievances. Her communication with teachers students and parents are strong and always she want to motivate them in their willing era.
