After joining the school on 22.10.2009, I tried my best to detouch myself from the aura of conventional Headmistress ship. I tried to make friendship with the students as well as with my colleagues. All students feel free to me with their problems, queries at any time. An ambience is existed in the school so that the students share their problems whether it is school related or personal. And I along with my colleagues try to address those in our own way.
