This single step was taken by the foundress  of our Institution Lt. Gouri Chakraborty in 1950 at Bejoygarh.Respected Madam had started this Institution as a mere Primary School for the poor and destitute children of Bejoygarh. However with the passage of time this Primary school developed into a full fledged Higher Secondary Institution.

Since its inception the chief aim of this institution is to provide its students a sound moral education, whilst devoting special attention to their intellectual development. The school strives to build up sound character of the students and help them to be worthy citizens of India to bear the torch of nationality and freedom.

This school aims at imparting perfect education to the students, infusing in them a good sense of discipline as well as helping them to develop the essential virtues of humanity. The entire system of education is based on developing the noble character of students and inspiring them with true love for humanity and morality.
