I joined this institution in 2003 on first of August. I took the charge from the 'Teacher -  In - Charge' then there was no fixed time for the teachers attendance and frequently some teachers use to leave school before scheduled time showing different excuses. There was no late marking either. I generally understood the situation. Few teachers who were advantage seeks took advantage of the 'Teacher  - In - Charge' 's soft nature and made it their nature or habit. I took and also gave them time. After three years I put a stop to all such practices total naturally a lot of grievances were created against me. I also brought changes in the system of Examination. Before my appointment question papers were taken by the teachers at random. I made the system (as seen in the previous school) class wise and wise (total number in a hall question papers were distributed). Attendance sheet record was circulated room wise, date wise and half wise. This helped in counting the answer scripts date wise and class wise. Discussions with the teachers. Students helped me generally to invent new methods to improved the quality of our students. Meeting with the guardians passed the way for letting me of their grievances about anything and everything.

            The students though coming from very poor families are mostly honest though they are not very good at studies they are very good and painting and drawing, games and sports, dance and music, art and craft, and many more. They are multitalented. Above all they are obedient and love their school a lot.

            I am trying my best to do my best. There was no boundary wall earlier. Now there is a solid wall. A cycle stand was built which was damaged by the late 'Amphaan storm'.

            I am proud of my students, teachers and all others staffs who all contribute for the progress of our institution.
