Greetings to all and a warm welcome to this institution on behalf of my staff, students and myself.

As the Headmistress of this institution, I would say this school has its own unique significance - its establishment in the Dooars region was inspired from the dire need to educate the girls of the tea garden states.

I firmly believe that education is essential for every child, whether girl or boy, it helps a a person study new things with skills and learn about the World. Education plays an important role in the protection of Womens' rights. Furthermore, it helps in preventing discrimination based on gender. An educated woman has skills, knowledge and self confidence that makes her a better resident of the country. Education is the key to girls' empowerment, prosperity, development and welfare. Our slogan is, "education brings real empowerment". Empowered women can transform the society from all perspectives.

The motto of our school is, "Love, Joy and Service". Love brings joy, joy enhances life and encourages us to do our services in a better way. The school provides immense opportunities to instil good moral values in students. Holistic value based education is our top priority - this ensures that our students are 'balanced' on all facets of life.

I extend my sincere gratitude towards Azim Kuddus Bingoni Sir (S.I of school Apd II) for his suggestions and a big thanks to my teaching & non teaching staff of our school who always cooperated in need.
