History

In 1917, a resident of Katla, a remote village in the  Dinajpur District, Asan Uddin Mandal realized the need for a school to expand education in the village. And for this purpose Mia established this school on his 86 satak land. History shows that the first teacher of the school was Zahir Uddin Mollah. According to the records, the day of establishment of the school was January 2, 1918.
