Recognized as a 4- class Jr. High school W. e. f. 01.03.7961 by the secretary, W. B. B. S. E.  Vide it's memo no.8658/G/2,dt.24.02.1962. Late Satyanarayan Mondal was appointed as a H. M.  W. e. f. 01.09.1961. Upgraded to X-class high school W. e. f. 01.01.1984 by the Secretary W. B. B. S. E.  Vide it's memo no. S/286, dt.09.04.1984. Diptimay Mondal, M. Sc. Took the charge as H. M.  W. e. f. 25.06.2002. Krishna Prasad Pathak M. A. Took charge as H. M.  W. e. f. 26.07.2011. The school upgraded to H. S.  School W e. f.  2012-13academic sessions by The Secretary of W. B. C. H. S. E.,  vide memo no. DS(A)SD/0589/Recog/12,dt.20.07.2012.
