History

In 1973 , the school having classes V to VIII , as an organizing Junior School , came into existence on a pice of land at the side of famous 'Jibat Kunda' adjacent to the sacred Temple of Maa Tara at village Chandipur , Tarapith . The School was recognized as 4 Class Junior High school by WBBSE in the year 1980 . In the year 2000, it was upgraded to High School and in the year 2015 to a Higher Secondary School. All the stuff of the organised school were absorbed as the staff of the newly recognized School in the year 1980 and Sri Prasanta Kumar Roy remained as the Headmaster of the organized school.
